Again Ellerines... I am so tired of complaining about the same useless company, but I will continue until I am satisfied... All i want is my Lounge Suite to be replaced, which is less than 3 months old, I get the distinct feeling they are avoiding me till the "guarantee" runs out, so that when the guarantee is over they can refuse my complaint. Well like I said before NOW i am taking further steps... Ellerines have you heard of the TV show Speak Out, well if not you will know very soon...
