Hi I am Themba, last year October I bought 43" plasma at Soshanguve plaza Ellerines. This year May it cracked a screen so I took it back to Ellerines where they launched a complain for me so that my TV can be fixed since it was on guarantee, since from May I am paying my monthly instalment but I don't have a TV since it went for a repair, can you please help me to find out what is going on with my TV.
