I purchased the sofa at ellerines furnishers on a 2 months lay-bye method from July 2013 and finished them on the 30 August 2013. todate i have not received my sofas and the worst part of it is the manager doens have any clue of when the delivery is going to be done. everytime i went to the store they tell me that they will be delivered from somewhere in gauteng by an independent service providers. i didnt expect a company like ellerines to handle my service the way they did. i thought by now i would have received my sofas because i paid them the full amount.
