I purchased a double bed & 2 single beds in July 2011. I logged a complaint in November 2011 (Ref no: 690132) I have complained again & again & again (April 2012 ref no: 161618) to date no one has contacted me or tried to assist me in any way. I have kept to my agreement and have been paying Ellerines all this time for beds that have been nothing short of a nightmare for myself and my kids. Obviously Ellerines does not care about the well being of their clients once they make their sale. I can not understand how it is possible for my complaint to have gone by this long unattended to. For an established furniture store, this is just unexceptable.
