According to the notices at the parking metres the parking should be free between 0-30 minutes; however I had to pay R7-00 and was parked there for only 19 minutes, ie 10:58 to 11:17. I took a photo of the ticket with my cell phone. They are being dishonest because they know that very few people really check their entry and exit times.
OUT OF PRINCIPLE, I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!
