Centurion mall patricking wrongly charged

I went to Centurion mall where I shop for the past 10 years. Today wanted to park closer to the mall and I specifically check that the parking is for free for the first 30 min. I parked quickly and were back in 17min. When I inserted my ticket into the machine it charged me R7-00. There was no flat rate for the day.
The man who assisted me, Patrick, walked with me to the entrance where I entered and there are NO signs near to see what number entrance it is. No signs. The man acknowledge that I'm not wrong and that there is no way that I would know what entrance it is. According to certain entrances you enter, you are billed. I had no money with me to pay and where in a hurry to leave the mall but then I had to "call" the ticket line/machine where the lady told me that I just have to pay. After a whole argument the lady said PAY!!! People around me listened to the whole story and they could not believe that centurion mall is so NON-caring and rude. The people gave me R7-00 to pay my ticket after the sign at the entrance said that die first 30min were free. I'm very disappointed and will definitely think twice before I'll ever go to Centurion mall. Iwill rather drive to another mall.
