This is now the third time this has happened to me, It is stated clearly that 1.5 hours parking is free when shopping at either the PnP or the Checkers Hyper in the centre, the machine for ticket validation at exit 1 which is where Checkers is has been broken for a while which results in some tickets being ok and others not, first time it happened I just pressed the help button upon exit and was let out of the parking, second time the lady was very rude so I took it up with center management, sorted, and now the third time!!!???
Which part of a broken machine does the center management not understand? broken things are either fixed or they are replaced, is this really so hard to do? or do you not have the budget for it? It really is totally ridiculous to not know whether or not you'll have to drive all the way back to pay for parking (or shout at them).
This really has gone on long enough, first time this happened was last year in August. This is the 21 century, I would expect things to be handled months ago. Disgusting!!
