I had applied for credit from one of your stores which is Furniture City Cresta due to unforeseen reasons I couldn't continue with the deal and it had to be put on hold. This morning I received a call from one of your foul incompetent staff who even had a nerve to swear at me. The warehouse lady who called me in the morning lacks customer service and is the most illiterate lady I have ever dealt with. At this point I am even hesitant that I will reapply again for credit with the store if one gets ill treated. I am bringing business and will be spending money with you guys its not like I am getting the furniture for free. I suggest you take your staff for proper customer training and phone mannerism. I will not stand for no abuse particularly if I will be spending my money. This lady went to a point of calling me mom and when I told her to stop calling me mom cause I can tell that we are almost the same age she then told me it's a sign and respect. I don't not know from which culture that is, she continuously argued with me over the phone, I then resorted to cutting the call and she redialed me a couple of times. Thus far I do not know the nature of her call
