I don't understand how a store like ellerines can give a credit to an unemployed old man. my father said he was given a 36 moths credit acc by ellerines for a washing machine. this man does not have a credit history has not been employed for so long and cannot even afford to pay their monthly instalment. they did not even bother to give him a contact just told him that he will pay R450 a month for 36 month for a washing machine that cost R400. i have tried calling their no several times but it does not exist. i need someone to call and explain what happened before i take thye matter to ombudsman and NCR.
