I order my furniture on the 23rd Dec. I have had to fight to get it delivered. None of the goods where delivered on time and they came one piece at a time. Whenever I call to ask for help or to follow up, I am blatantly to and no one knows what is happening or who is responsible. I call up to 5 times a day because no one returns me calls although they say they will. I am now going to be paying for furniture that I have not received yet. Not even calling the regional manager helped. He did not return my calls either. I sent a complaint via email to the company complaints centre but all that did was to get some lady who was more confused than all the rest of the people I had dealt with together. I would not recommend purchasing furniture from Ellerines or Furniture City because of the poor customer service and lack of business ethics.
