Kerusha gave me empty promises so she could look good on this website but truth is. They fetched their demo in 10months instead of 2weeks. They didn't bring me my sealed furniture since. March 2013. And they have a nerve to close all my other accounts and tell my my payments are not up to date- what would I exactly be paying for??? My ornaments and tv are on the floor and I haven't received my sealed furniture. Could you please keep your cameo wall unit that you are fetching from China. I would like nothing but a refund from you people. You have proved that you are a group of incompetent staff and I want nothing but a refund from you. I took a day off from work to go find out in person and rhe receptionist Alitha told me that she is busy. So am I not important enough??? You have disappointed and undermind me.
