I urge people to NOT buy from Ellerines. I bought a wall unit for my dining room area 7 months ago. When they delivered my cameo wall unit it wasn't complete because it had missing pieces they said they will come deliver the correct one within two weeks. Eversince March they have been postponing, not only have they shown that they do not care about me as a customer but they have shown that all they wanted was my money because they havebeen nothing but a disappoint me. Yet they don't forget to deduct my money at the bank month end. I found out that the manager who was in charge when I bought the furniture has resigned so now I'm stuck with a clueless lady who is now the new mananger. Is this really a furniture shop or a rip off??
Please can they just refund my money because they have been telling me the furniture is in pinetown yet I saw the same cameo wall unit in the nearest branch and they said they don't share stock.
