09/06/2009 I was served with a garnishee order by Mauritz Breytenbach Attorneys (TS Credit) which represented Ellerines for the amount of R 4349.03 which my employer pays over ever since then. On the 07/12/2012 the full amount was paid over and I received a letter to confirmed that my account has been paid up but that's when my problems started! Ellerines started calling me to say I owe them money and despite all copies of records from my employer which I took to them they still say according to their records I have not payed anything!!! My employer tried to help by calling them and TS Credit but it does not help. On the 30/09/2013 I received an sms from Ellerines to say I owe them R 5 300.00!!! I am tired of going up and down and I have given them proof of payments but yet they are still bothering me.
