I bought furniture at Ellerines in December of 2012.January 2013 I went to the store to report that the kitchen set I bought there broke within 3 weeks time. I was told that as soon as they receive stock the furniture will be exchanged, it is November already and nothing happened. Up until I receive the goods that I am paying for I will not pay that account, or they must come get everything I bought and clear my name of their records. It is the most disgusting service I have ever received in my life and I wish they can just come get their stuff so that I could go somewhere else for service.
I will pay once I receive furniture that I can actually use, sitting on drums while paying for furniture that is off no use to me is not on.
CLEARLY ELLERINES DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE, IT IS PHATHETIC
