I bought a sofa and a bedroom suit from Ellerines Furnishers in November 2012 and it has never been delivered to my residence. Payments for the above have been deducted from my account every month. When I contacted them, they said that the furniture had been delivered but I have never received it and have not signed a delivery note. They are refusing to provide me with the said delivery note - they say it's with forensics. Please help me... I am without my furniture and my money!
