I attempted to contact the supplier about stock levels and availability of something on their website. I struggled to get hold of them and it turns out they were on holiday, which is quite okay, but it would be good to let customers know not to expect a response.

When I spoke with someone it was a very negative conversation and the gentleman in question was very unhelpful.

I would suggest that someone thinks really carefully before dealing with this company. I would suggest you make every effort to find another supplier.
