I was looking for 2 washer pumps for my car. I had previously attempted to purchase these pumps from another online retailer (Online Car Parts) and had a very poor experience. I then found the same pumps on this supplier's website. Base on my previous experience, I first contacted the supplier to find out if he had stock, which at the time he did not, but he indicated he would have by the following day. On the following day (Friday 17/01) I contacted the supplier and he confirmed he now had stock. Unfortunately I could not go to his premises to collect the stock that afternoon, but arranged for him to deliver the items to an address in Cape Town. The items were subsequently delivered, in good order, in CT, by Tuesday 21/01.
Compliments to this supplier for an excellent service and delivering exactly as promised, unlike the first retailer I had selected.
