Blown away by service

I went with my aunt to the Mrakam in Sandton to purchase the Samsung Galaxy Tab combo deal, on the Thursday I called in the store to find out if they had stock and was warmly welcomed over the phone by Mthuthuzeli, he was patient, paid attention to detail as we spoke as he picked up and answered concerns that I hadn't raised and hadn't thought of. On the day of purchasing (Saturday) there he was a friendly, funny, warm, efficacious, effective gentleman. He was able to remember what I want by me simply mentioning my name and since I had mentioned over the phone that the Galaxy Pocket will be used by my mother, Mthuthuzeli was quick to suggest and recommend that I take it on the CellC network for warranty issues and effectively went and collected the and started the sales process, at no point did he keep quite and not make communication, he would even throw a joke to his colleagues and still come and communicate with my aunt and I as his customers.

Service was a pure blow away for me, just when I was about to give up on service levels in this country this gentleman has relived the hope in me...

GIVE THAT MAN A BELLS!!!
