I recently logged a complaint because I was waiting a ridiculous long time to get a purchase from the on-line store delivered. After several e-mails and phone calls to the call centre it took a Hello Peter complaint to get a response. Initially the feedback was quick and the response seem promising, but again, after dragging on for a couple of days they came back, claiming that the supplier was out of stock. So I verified for myself, by walking into a store and buying the product, and checking stock availability on-line with the supplier, so obviously "out of stock" was never the real reason for the delay. Currently I'm waiting for a refund (Not holding my breath). I'm very disappointed with the feedback and service from the on-line store and will end all my current policies, medical aid etc. with the Momentum group in the new year. Discovery here I come!
