I had to return an item of clothing to the store on Saturday. Bought it in December, but had no receipt.
First went to Refunds and whilst standing in the queue, thought that maybe because of no receipt, will go & chat to Customer Service First.
Went to Customer Service and must say, was PLEASANTLY surprised with the service received from Nombuso.
Even called Refunds to tell them to expect me & do refund.
