Hi bought a Samsung Blu-Ray Player BD-E and the only reason I bought this particular blu ray player was because of its online features as ADVERTISED BY SAMSUNG ON THEIR WEBSITE [URL Removed] Now i received the unit from takealot and it does not have the functions that i bought the player for. Now I completed a return request and takealot rejected it because the unit is not damaged. But it does not have the advertised features either. Nowhere on takealots site does it mention that this player does not have the online feature as advertised by Samsung. IT IS FALSE ADVERTISING. It is that I now have to sit with a blu ray player I wont use. Its like buying a car with power steering and aircon, but when you get the car its got neither of those and its the customers fault.
I have spent thousands of rands with takealot and take2 for them to start treating their customers rubbish is not on. Pathetic service on takealots part and I will never promote their site again.
