Send in a SAMSUNG BLUE-RAY 3D DVD PLAYER

This complaint is for Game, we bought a SAMSUNG BLUE-RAY 3D DVD PLAYER about a year ago, this item had a 2 year guaranty, last month DECEMBER 2012 we used it, and the first DVD played 100% when we wanted to watch the second one it started playing and stopped after 10 seconds, we immediately thought that it was broken, so the next day we took the DVD Player to GAME KEY WEST, KRUGERSDORP, where we bought it, by the customer service kiosk the lady said that its going to take 21 working days. We said that's fine, after almost a month of waiting we had to phone them (25 January 2014), they didn't even attempt phoning us, the lady said that we need to pay in a total of R1200.00 (one thousand two hundred rand) so I asked for what do we need to pay this amount?? She replied that they had to replace the motherboard and that was not under guarantee, so I said that I am NOT going to pay that, because its suppose to be under guarantee, So I want to know how all of a sudden only the motherboard cannot be under guarantee??? That is the MAIN FEATURE
I think this is PATHETIC because no one said when we bought the DVD Player that we don't sort of have Guarantee.
I want this DVD Player FIXED
