Multimedia player woes

I ordered a multimedia player from TAKEALOT and while watching some movies I found the player not to be working well. I sent it back to TAKELOT and shortly after they informed me that they have tested the device and agreed to my return and my account was credited with the full amount I paid for it. I then order a new (different) device from them which was on special. Alas, when I got this device it also did not work. I logged another Return/Exchange request with them and within a week I got a brand new player without questions being asked. Fortunately the last player is working like a dream and I am very happy.

The going the extra mile - over and above that mentioned above - is that they called me to inform me exactly what is happening with my order and when I can expect my new player. They really tried hard to please me and keep me happy, and I am!

I am a frequent TAKEALOT shopper and this was one of the first times I had such issues with hardware and TAKEALOT's commitment to getting it sorted out ensured that I will stay a customer of theirs for a long time to come and I have recommended a number of friends to use them (which they have).
