Purchase 40' Samsung LED tv advertised with built in media player from game trade Route mall on the 8/02/2012
i discovered now lately when i had friend come over to wach a movie that the media player does not work. Went back to the store and spoke to the sales consultant (Andries), who advised me that the Samsung factory was closed when they re-open will send a technician (Themba) over which they did and was told that the tv was fine and that they only had to upgrade software i was given a number to call 011 9805624 and spoke to a gentle man by the name of April who told me they can do nothing as those tv's do not have media players in them. But this is false advivertising as the tv hasnt got a built in media player yet it says on the box BUILT IN MEDIA PLAYER!
