I bought a LG 2.2 component system at Game Kolonade on the 30/06/2013, the display advertised had a 3D blue ray player on display with the component system. The price itself was placed on the blueray player. The item was out of stock but it was arranged that I could receive the item the following day or on the day after. My mother in law went to collect it, which was prearranged, due to my work commitments. She then received the items without the blue ray player. I was unsure if I saw the display correctly, so I went at the next possible date that I could get to Game Kollenade. The display was unchanged with the LG blue ray player still shown with the price placed on top of it. I asked the salesperson for assistance on the matter where I was informed that no LG component system includes a blue ray player. When I said that it is false advertising he confirmed it and did not help further. I then phone Game Customer Services when the person who was helping me did not seem to be interested in assisting me and said their advertising department will deal with it. I have photographs of the component on display with the blue ray and the price. This is unacceptable.
