I am very angry customer. I have a complaint about edcon jet store in brixton. I bought a cellphone from there on the tuesday 13th feb 2013, it stopped working on the 14th feb 2013.I took it back on sunday 18th feb 2013 in 7days OBF, manager was not available, so I left the cellphone with the supervisor. The manager lady (Buhle) phoned me on monday 19th feb2013 stating that they have to send the cellphone to vodacom for approval to give me new one and it can take 2 to 3 days but she only try to contact me on tuesday 26feb2013 but i missed the call so, i went to the store.she tells me that they dont have same phone stock and she cant give me any other make and model, she told me that they receiving the stock in 2days but she gives me call on friday 1st march 2013 which my wife answered, she told my wife they dont have stock but she or i must come on Tuesday to pick other cellphone but if we pick the phone lower value they not gona give us the rest money but if we pick higher then we must pay more. i went tuesday 5th march 2013 but she wasnt helpfull. Long story short I want my refund, is my money and i must wait 3weeks for the apprval for the new cellphone.this customer service
