Once again jet you have done it!!! well done you just keep making things worse!!! ref no 2702130223/GO still not resolved... did not receive feed back from your financial services... funny hey... today i tried to claim for cell phone insurance and i spent about an hour on the phone, transferred from 1department to the other and no one can assist, last agent advised me to go to the store.so i did just that and guess what??? their fax machine is not working, they don't have the number for insurance claims and i must go around and look for a jet store that can help!!! how convenient is that. i don't know what to do anymore... and please don't call me to tell me that someone else will call me... call me if you will assist me... i hate Jet honestly i do...
