Out of stock/Shocking Service

I have been a loyal customer of Pick and Pay for more than 25 years. I have been going to the Cresta branch since 2002. In response to an advertisement in the Sunday newspaper, I went to purchase a six-pack of Bonaqua pump water for R35.99. This special runs from 17 February to 10 March. I arrive at the store, and there is no sign of any of the specials and there is most certainly no water on the shelves. I walked to an assistant who had no clue about the special. In turn she called another 'supervisor' who had no clue either. The supervisor then walked off to the manager and returned to me to say there is no stock. I sent her back and said it was not acceptable and I would like to speak to the manager. Another gentleman arrives to tell me the same story with a smirk on his face. I asked him to call the manager. He eventually arrives, does not introduce himself and tells me there is no stock and I can come back on Wednesday. I then tell him this is not customer service and is also not the first time this has happened. He did not make eye contact as he was typing away on his cellphone. Best he can do is a raincheck he states. Still no eye contact. I will NEVER shop at PnP again!!!
