I have been waiting for over 3months now for the exchange and delivery of my pedestals. After weeks of complaining and writing a report here I was finally told by someone from the shop that they have found my pedestals and will load last Thursday 28 Feb 2013 and will deliver them to my house on Saturday 02 March 2013. This was confirmed by someone from thier call centre. The delivery did not happen and I have not heard anything from the lady or guy from the call centre. Now Kerusha called Tuesday 05 March to tell me that they can't find the pedestals I ordered... what is that after I have been told by 2 people that they were found and are on my way to me..Really now!! She said she will find out from the store and call me back so I'm still waiting
This is by far the most horrible service I have ever received... Every night I have to struggle to find something to put my phone and bible on and my side lamp is sitting on the floor while i'm busy paying for something I'VE NEVER RECEIVED.
