I bought a bed and pedestals from Beds 4 you on the 7th Sep 2013 the person who has assisting regarding this matter is Lucille Oncker. They said they were going to deliver on a Monday the 9th which they never did, but finally on the 11th they delivered the bed on and i was told the pedestals broke and I will get them the coming week. I waited for them then I made a call on the 11th Sep i called them to enquire about the pedestals. They delivered pedestals but they were the wrong ones looking way cheaper than the ones I PAID FOR ALREADY. I called them to inquire about that they said they were loaning me with those and I really felt like they taking me for a fool cause they never explained that when they delivered them at home,

What I hate is that now that they have MY MONEY, I am no longer important to them, because am the one who always makes the calls, they don"t care at all a bout their customers and when I speak to that lady she never apologise for any inconvience its like am overacting

If I would have known that I would get such treatment i wouldnt have bought anything from them and I really dont appreciate this

I want my pedestals or my money back
