Poor service delivery

I bought a Savannah head board and pedestals from geen & richards menlyn on the 18 July 2013. I was told there was stock and i would have to wait a day for my delivery. I called the store the following day and was told that there was a mix up in the stock in store and they would have to check with their distribution centre. I made follow up calls almost on a daily basis with the sales lady who kept on telling me that the distribution centre is busy packing their stock and they cannot confirm how any units they have. I called the sales lady's manager Mr Charles on Saturday the 27 July 2013 who told me that they had no stock and they will be receiving stock on Thursday the 1 August 2013. They called me on Friday trying to make a delivery but i was unavailable and i was told that the unit will be delivered on Monday. Now on Monday i called the store to get the phone number of the distribution centre whom i called and got no response. The distribution centre called me late on Monday to get directions to my place and they delivered my unit. when making the delivery, the guys put my head board on my door step and left without assembling it. Enough, i want my refund.
