I have purchased goods from Dion Wired on two occassions.
Firstly, I purchased a washing machine and PVR online- both items were delivered to my home timeously and I received constant communication from the call centre agent informing me of the delivery details. Several weeks after delivery I received a service call to check whether I am happy with my new products. I was pleasantly surpized so when I needed to purchase a mount for my TV, I decided to go to Dion Wired (Nicolway).
A young lady assisted me (unfortunately I did not get her name) that was extremely friendly and knowledgable and ensured I found the correct product I was looking for. I even received a R100 discount as she realised that the price listed on shelf was incorrect.
Thank you Dion Wired, you will definitely be my store of choice going forward.
