End of October 2012 I ordered a bedroom suite from Geen & Richards. I was told that it will take 2-3 weeks by Mike the sales person who was helping. 3 weeks passed and nothing and no call from Mike. I called, went to the shop and eventually I got it on the 30th of November. I realised thou that the pedestals were not the same. I took pictures and went to the shop to report. Mike told me that it was not a problem because he ordered 2 bedroom suites by mistake so I will get the pedestals of the other suite which will be there in 3 days. 3 days passed and no call or anything from Mike. I called and he told me that the was a delay but I will get them by the end of the week. The end of the week came and passed and more weeks and months and Mike was still quiet. I kept on calling and going to the shop and he was giving me stories. EVENTUALLY I told him I will cancel if i dont get my pedestals then he sent me to the manager who gave me his word that i will get my pedestals on the 9th of FEB or he will cancel the order himself. The 9th came and passed and no word from the manager. I called the callcenter on the 12th and on the 13th they called me to say that they coudnt find the manage
