R33 960.00 = the amount I spent in the Rustenburg Branch, which was paid in cash upon confirmation from the branch manager that I would receive my furniture the following day.
10 = the number of months I've been waiting for delivery of 2 pedestals, which I have yet to receive.
I bought a lounge suite, bedroom suite & 2 pedestals & was promised delivery in December 2012, the lounge and one pedestal was delivered in December after the initial agreed date. Thereafter I received the bedroom suite but no pedestals, after I complained for not receiving the two pedestals, two Brown Loan Pedestals were sent to my house (my bedroom suite is black).
I insisted on an apology which i received in writing in May' 13 explaining that the poor services was due to factors beyond their control and was promised a R1000 gift voucher for my "inconvenience". The apology came a month after I reported this matter to their head office in the first place. Delivery arrangements were made with me but were never met, I proceeded to send two emails dated 10 June and 31 July to which I received no reply.
I strongly discourage any prospecting buyers to refrain from dealings with this francise.
