Terrible customer Service

Sent my fan in for repairs on the 03 January 2013, to date I have still not received it. Made numerous calls to the store & visited the store but have been too by them as they keep passing the buck. Was supposed to have been given a refund if fan wasd not there 22 Feb, visited the store on 02 March for refund only to be told that fan was in store from Wednesday that week but no call from store to inform me. Got me to pay for the repairs & promised to deliver on 03 March. Still nothing & no call from the stre to explain anything. Spoke to store now & they can't find a docket so will try to assist by tomorrow. Absolutely pathetic service from these individuals who have no sense of urgency or customer care at all. Its the last time I will ever deal with Boardmans.
