I went to Boardmans store at Menlyn on the 7th of Sept 2013 to request that store order for me a glass lead for my boardmans electric frying pan. Prior to this day, on the 31st of August 2013 I had visited the shop to find out if they can order for me a lead for my boardmans frying pan whose lead had broken. The guy who was on a computer said they can order one for me, I should bring the model number of the pan. On the 7th of Sept 2013 around 1pm, I was in the store and asked one guy to assist me and after I told him my story, he said that he was going to send someone to assist me. I stood there for about 20 minutes and a guy came to me and explained that it might cost me R300 for transport of the lead and he said that maybe he will give me the number so that I could contact the suppliers myself. I was not happy and I said I waited 15 to 20 minutes to be told that after I had come 23 Km to bring the model number. I asked for the manager and a guy called Percy came and could not care less to assist. The gents showed me that he has no clue of after sales service.
