We went to Boardmans Cresta, Only to have a bad service and terrible attitude with them when returning microwave, then went to Clearwater to get another microwave with the refund we go only to have to pay in as the Microwaves have gone up in price.
Last year we bought a microwave R999.00 from Boardmans, and it stopped working 9 months later, We then got a refund and bought another Russel hobbs Microwave in March R1399.00, This year only to have to take it BACK again on the 08/06/2013, It is no longer switching on and wont work.
Took it back to boardmans for repairs and now waiting again!! SECOND time we without a microwave for 3-6 Weeks as you dont give out loan ones. We buy from These places for better service than huge hypers etc, Seems the service is terrible in general. THIS IS PATHETIC.
This is the second microwave in 2 years and is not even over used.

Please advice as what is going on and what you will do to regain a disappointed and loyal customer
