I handed a PDP TV in for repairs at the Samsung brand store over 3 weeks ago. There is no customer feedback unless the store is called or visited in person. There is a bad, does not care, attitude from the staff and the store manager. The repairs were promised within 6 working days, then after no spares we were promised on a specific date and that has come and gone. From a company so large and with such a reputation, to have this type of service is completely unacceptable.
