I bought a Shoe Rack at Boardmans this afternoon, 08/03/2013 just after 2pm. When I got home I assembled and just as I was about to finish I noticed that 5 peices/sides were missing. I then returned to the store around 5pm and explain the problem. They insisted that I must bring back the entire box with the rest of the pieces. Why should I drive three times to the store for the mistake made by the store? And, What difference does bringing back the box with missing contents make? Why couldnt they give me the 5 missing pieces and remain with the box with missing pieces?
And as I was leaving the store, frustrated; the Boardmans staff were very amused by this and laughed at me.
