Bought an new side by side 640l Defy fridge on 04/02/2013 for just over R9000 and an Sansui 50 inch tv. On the 5/02/2013 i went back with my tv it was making an black stripe threw the display so they replaced the tv. I also explained to them that the fridge got an bracket missing on the back of the fridge by the coils and that is making an loud vibrating sound because the bracket is gone there were also one tray missing in the freezer side so they said they will order it and it will take an week. After the 7 days i went back an there were nothing there i also told them that the fridge side is starting to freeze up. Friday the 22/02/2013 i phoned and spoke to the manager that told me she will come back to me! Friday the 01/03/2013 i phoned again and spoke to an other manager she helped me faster and an guy phoned me back. He said there were no service log book for the fridge he must do it before we can do anything. The fridge have no Serial number on it so i said i don't whant this fridge anymore it was faulty from the beginning. Till today no response has been made by Hi Fi to fix this problem! Poor poor service from there side I will never buy anything from them again!!!
