For 3 weeks now I have been trying to open an Ackermans account. Have made about 11 trips to kenilworth store and ottery to find out about my account. Every time I am told to fill in a new form. I email ackermans call centre and get replies from Annelien van Schalkwyk Customer Services: Escalation Agent and Liezel Abrahams Customer Service: Escalations.. Neither could help me instead asked me to yet again fill in forms. No wonder every one writes the worst babout ackermans because you only employ incompetent people and you are definitely NOT customer focused at all. Worst service ever received!!!
