Does Ackermans not want new clients? It has been 41 hours since I handed in my application - I have phoned your call centre 3 times & everytime I get told the exact same thing. That it is sitting with the confirming department. What they still need to confirm no-one can tell me.
This is ridiculous! I would never have even thought of starting an application process if I knew it was going to take this long.
Not once has an Ackermans Employee contacted me to advise that there is a backlog or what the delay could possibly be.
I will certainly not spend another cent of my hard earned money at a store who has no time for its customers!
