I have an account at jet stores which is up to date. I also have an insurance cover on my blackberry. My insurance premium on my blackberry cover has not been paid in 3 months. According to their policy 3 consecutive missed payment will result in insurance cover been cancelled.
I keep receiving calls from jet stores informing me my account is in arrears and I keep informing them that my account is up to date and it is my insurance premium that is not paid. Surelly if a client does not pay his insurance premium, he will not enjoy the benefits of being covered. It does not mean that his account is in arrears.
I received an sms 2 days ago informing me that this is a final demand.
