I am not happy with auto and general, I had an insurance policy with them since November 2012 and I have suffered a loss on the 07 October 2013 and when I advise them of the claim they advise that premium was not paid, we made an arrangement to do a pro rata premium to cover me for the month as they were not able to deducted premium form my account I advise this this was an error and will not happen again they deducted the pro rata premium form my account and when I phoned to have an update on my claim I was advised that there is no cover the premium will only cover me form the 16 October 2013, if this is the way that they will treat their clients than I wonder why people still insure with them, this is insure not to have your claim paid.
