1 hour dispensary says it all.
There were 4 people ahead of me at the dispensary at around 17:00 and to my surprise there were 2 people assisting behind the counter. Sadly to say this is not the 1st, 2nd or 3rd time that there have been only 2 or less people behind the counter during PEAK times. Today i waited around 30 min before getting served, previously it was over 45 min. On top of this, speed was not on their list.
Around 15 min into my wait, the store manager walked past, I stopped him, raised the lack of staff issue with him and ask how there could only be 2 people serving during peak times when clearly there were other people behind the dispensary (at the back). His reply was, "mmm not sure". Not really the reply I was expecting from the store manager. To my surprise... nothing was done... and he disappeared (Pathetic)
As I work a full day i am only able to get to the Pharmacy after work which is usually between 17:00 - 18:00 as most people do. Sadly, this is not the first time there has been a lack of dispensary service at this store and I am sorry to say that weekends are just as bad.
Apart from the dispensary, the store managers attitude was pathetic!!!
