After a call I received from Miway, informing me I am Hi Risk Client, they are putting up my premium aswell as all the excess. I looked for another insurance company who did not see me as a High Risk as I explained to them our vechicle was in an accident and it was not our fault and we had to claim for 2new windows. They got me beter premium on 3 cars aswell as inhome cover for the same premium and less excess. So I cancelled my cover with Miway on the 9th of December. They still Deducting premiums from my account. And This must stop emmediately. They messing with my accounts that needs to be paid, I have to reverse it back to my account everytime and it is a huge inconvenience for me.
