Unnotified Premium Increase and Debit Date Change

Good Morning

I would like to express my utter disillusionment on how A&G Business Insurance has dealt with my policy since I joined the company in Feb 2012. My premium was R964.86 p/m from day one, this amount was however increased to R1099 on 1st of Mar 2013 without any notice from A&G Business Insurance. I enquired about the increase, only to be told that a letter was sent to me in Dec 2012, which I did not receive. The only letter that I received in Feb is dated 22 January 2013 with the premium still reflected as R 964 .86, which completely contradicts what the lady told me in early Mar 2013.

I also received an sms towards the end of Feb 2013 informing me that the debit for the month will go through on the 28th. I did not reply to the sms since I found it very unprofessional of A&G Business Insurance to inform a client about debit date changes without an explanation. Now in March, the debit went through on the 27th which was not communicated to me. This is very annoying as I don't know the date on which the debit will go through in April. The date that I agreed on with A&G Business Insurance is the 1st of every month for cover on that specific month.
