19/10/2013 vehicle, 19/11/2013 insurance co. paid standardbank. Balance outstanding must be paid by top-up insurance policy STN000275809 Client is told that Top-up insurance dept. will contact her as soon as the settlement is received from insurance co. which already took place on the 19/11/13 From 22/11/13 client is phoning Standardbank and given different tel. no's and people to speak to and nobody seems to know who must help. A finance premium on the vehicle as well as a premium on the top-up insurance cover were deducted on the 26/11/2013 although the bank was paid by the insurance co. Messages were left to person responsible for top-up claims to phone client but to no avail. Please help as I am paying for a vehicle that I do not have anymore. Nobody seems to care
