I have bought my wedding ring form Galaxy and Co and they had to re size it, the shop assistant did the measurements and send my ring in, when I got it back it still didn't't fit and they measured it again and send it back, when I got it back the second time it still didn't't fit, I had to pay for both these resizing. I then made contact with Kim Adriaanse which is contact person on their website for all customer and product queries, she told me she will investigate, I had to follow up after a month and it has been 4 months since then and still no feedback and still no ring to wear. I want my resizing done through a different store for FREE because I paid twice for a ring that doesn't fit. I am not sure what these assistance do to measure twice and still not get it right. I am disappointed in the lack of service and interest in my case and that I had to pay for a service nor rendered!!! I hope someone will contact me to sort this out!
