On the 25th of august i purchased a engagmnt ring at sterns promenade, a month later the diamond fell out of the ring, i spoke to the manager and she said its a manufactor fault and that ill get a new ring and they will resize it for me like i had it before, today 21st october my mom went to fetch the ring, they said i must pay again for resizing and said thatthe diamond was forcfully removed almost like we the diamond, when i took it back there was only light scraches on the ring and no other dents or damages to show the force, they trying to shift the blame for their poorqaulity, i refuseto pay the resizing and im going to lay a complaint for accusing me for indirectly telling me that i the diamond, im taking this matter furthe
